VIIIAIN (Villain)

VIIIAIN is the founder of WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS and the driving force behind its creative and strategic direction.

With over a decade of experience across both underground and mainstream environments, his work spans music production, songwriting, and large-scale creative systems. His background includes songwriting and production work connected to artists such as Alexandra Stan,Marius Moga,Akcent as well as participation in international songwriting environments associated with names like DJ Snake, The Kid Laroi, and Post Malone.

In 2024, his track “My Eyes Are Mirrors” was submitted and considered for a Grammy nomination, marking a recognition of his work within an international context.

He has also contributed music to major television formats including The Voice, X Factor, and Masked Singer Romania, alongside production work for global brand campaigns such as Coca-Cola and Samsung.

In 2025, he expanded into film scoring, contributing as a music producer to the feature film Mentorii – The Movie, a Romanian box-office release, further extending his work into cinematic formats. 

Having operated both within established production systems and independently, his approach combines creative direction with practical execution, focusing on what translates, what sustains, and what works beyond the studio.

Through WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS, VIIIAIN is building a structured production environment where music is developed with intention, clarity, and long-term vision.

KARMA

KARMA is one of the defining voices within WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS, working across Pop, Dark Pop, Urban Pop and many other genres. Her work is driven by strong melodic instinct and a natural ability to shape memorable hooks.

Her approach to songwriting is rooted in emotion and clarity, often drawing subtle influence from Romanian traditional elements while maintaining a contemporary sound. Within the studio, she plays a key role in developing toplines and guiding the emotional direction of records.

ARYSA

Artist · Songwriter

ARYSA develops a cinematic and emotionally-driven artistic direction within the Pop space, while being able to "shapeshift" across many other genres. Her work is centered around atmosphere, depth, and tension, often built on piano-driven structures and introspective themes.

With a background in performance and stage presence, she also brings a strong sense of interpretation and control into both recording and songwriting, contributing to projects that require emotional weight and narrative coherence.

LOKO MOTIV

Artist · Rap Songwriter

LOKO MOTIV leads the rap and lyric-driven side of WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS, with over a decade of experience in the romanian music scene. His writing is focused on structure, complexity, and perspective, often balancing technical delivery with personal tone.

Within the studio, he contributes to shaping verses that bring contrast and edge to records, adding a distinct layer of tension and authenticity to the overall sound.

AIOJII

Beatmaker · Sound Design  · Recording Engineer

AIOJII contributes to the sonic architecture of WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS through a detail-oriented and analytical approach to beatmaking, recording and sound design. His work focuses on clarity, and the refinement of musical elements at a micro level.

Currently expanding into broader production frameworks, he is involved in shaping arrangements and elevating the overall sonic quality of studio output.

DOSO

DOSO brings a disciplined and versatile approach to music production,beatmaking and recording, working across a wide spectrum of styles, from electronic music to urban and commercial formats.

With a background in high-performance sports and music, his workflow is structured, efficient, and consistency-driven. Within WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS, he contributes to building adaptable production frameworks suited for different types of projects and clients.

LETIȚIA

LETIȚIA contributes as both an artist and songwriter, with a direct, instinctive, and unfiltered approach to music creation. Her strength lies in developing ideas quickly and shaping them into clear, effective structures.

Her writing balances simplicity with precision, often bringing a natural sense of timing and phrasing that translates easily into strong toplines.

MARIA LUIZA

MARIA represents the new wave within WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS, exploring a hybrid urban sound that blends Phonk, Baile Funk, Rap, Reggaeton, R&B and many other influences.

With an intuitive and fast-paced creative process, she contributes both as an artist and songwriter, currently developing a distinct identity shaped by experimentation and versatility.

CORSEN

Beatmaker · Recording Enginee

CORSEN is responsible for the recording process within WHAT’S NEXT? RECORDS, handling vocal sessions and ensuring clean, efficient technical execution in the studio environment.

Alongside his engineering work, he is developing his skills as a beatmaker, with a focus on integrating live elements — particularly guitar — into modern production workflows.

He's contributing both to the recording process and to the evolution of new material within the studio.
